Patterns are one of the many learning concepts covered in The Preschool Box. Your kids will learn about "AB" patterns in Box 3 and "ABC" and "ABB" patterns in Box 5. This is a fun activity to enjoy as you learn about patterns!
Here is what you will need:
- Large Marshmallows
- White Paper
- Your favorite colors of paint!
Use the marshmallow to paint your first color. Start simple with an "AB" pattern. Take turns with each color; orange, blue, orange blue- or whatever colors you choose!
Add another color to the mix to create an "ABC" pattern; orange, blue red, orange blue red.
You can even try an "ABB" pattern; red, yellow, yellow, red, yellow yellow.
