Here's what you need to make them.
- Printable Tic-Tac-Toe Valentines
- Cardstock
- X + O Shaped Pretzels. You can find these in the Valentine's section of most grocery stores.
- Scissors
- Stapler
Print your Tic-Tac-Toe valentines onto cardstock. Cut them out. Fill in the "To" and "From" sections. Staple them to a bag of X and O pretzels. Give them to your friend or use them to play a game of Tic-Tac-Toe.
