When do I need to order for the holidays?
Order by 12/7 so it arrives in time. Orders placed before noon ET on a business day ship the same day.
Who is The Preschool Box for?
Kids ages 3–5 who are getting ready for Kindergarten.
Will it work for more than one child?
Yes. Multi-child plans include materials for each child. Some items, like books and flashcards, are shared.
Do I need any extra supplies?
No. All materials are included. It's zero prep.
When will boxes ship?
Your first box ships the next business day (same day if you order before noon ET). After that, boxes ship the 1st–7th of each month.
Is it hard to cancel?
Not at all. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled anytime from your account. Prepaid plans run for their full term and don't auto-renew.
