Recipe for Kids: Galaxy Frozen Yogurt Bark

Recipe for Kids: Galaxy Frozen Yogurt Bark

Frozen yogurt is a favorite among kids. This recipe is easy for kids to make and even more fun to eat.

Make this recipe as a fun activity to go along with The Space Box from Lil Readers Book Club.

Here's what you need:

  • Yogurt
  • Food Coloring
  • Star Sprinkles or Edible Glitter
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Parchment Paper

Start by adding food coloring to the yogurt. Mix it well.

Spread it into a thin layer in a pan covered with parchment paper.

Top it with star sprinkles or edible glitter. Place it into the freezer until it is solid.

Once your yogurt is frozen, melt small amounts of white chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with small increments, stirring frequently in between. Add food coloring.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and return it to the freezer until set.

Remove the yogurt from the pan and cut it into squares. Eat it immediately or put it back into the freezer to enjoy another time.
